All Day Project

 

All day is what it took to get one silly blind hung in the bathroom! That includes; a trip to ACE Hardware when I discovered the blinds are a bit too narrow and I had to buy wood blocks. A second trip to Lowe’s to buy thinner wood when I discovered my blocks, already cut, were too wide. Painting the new blocks white. And an acrobatics act of balancing myself over the toilet while screwing the brackets in and forcing the blind into place, because even the new blocks are a hair too wide and the ladder can’t fit around the toilet so it is 2.5 feet out. 

 

But dammit, it is in and somebody will need a crowbar to get it out again. Six more windows to go! 😪
